Twenty-six years ago, in 1979, a dream shared by two recovering alcoholics, Bob Aspell and Charles Gay became a reality and Aspell Recovery Center was started. It became the first in-patient, residential facility in Jackson, Tennessee. Today, we continue to honor those dreams and goals of Bob Aspell and Charles Gay.
