Center located at 331 N. Highland Avenue.
3. Drugs or alcohol will not be permitted on the property, in or outside of
units; brought in by tenant nor tenant's family or friends.
4. No pets.
5. Security Deposit: $100 - First months
rent and security deposit are due at lease signing.
6. Must have income: disability, employment, etc.
